AGM 2025

Copyright License Agreement

New Eastwood u3a now has a CLA license which can be viewed here. CLA license (Copyright License Agreement) allows the copying of one chapter or a total of 5% of most works. You can read about what is covered by the license here. The use of this material is limited to IGO groups so the materials must not be posted online. Some images may be copied if they are part of the publication, but IGO members should check images that they find online very carefully. A useful guide can be found here. Please remember this is only for u3a members during u3a activities.

Gift Aid

Our u3a is registered for Gift Aid. This means that any member who pays sufficient tax can Gift Aid their membership fees to New Eastwood u3a by completing a Gift Aid Declaration. Once received we will be able to reclaim 25% (at current tax rates) of your membership fee each year. If you have any questions please contact Mandy, our treasurer . Forms do not need to be signed so can be returned via email to Mandy or you can print and return physically. We will have hard copies available at monthly meetings. Please do consider signing up as this will help to keep membership fees down

Have you changed any of your contact information?

We have an obligation to ensure our records are correct. Please ensure you let us know if you change any of your personal details. You can do this via our contact page or by contacting John, our membership secretary .

Submissions for newsletter

All members are welcome and encouraged to contribute to our newsletter. Going forward the deadline will be the Sunday after the first Tuesday of the month. (As committee meetings take place on first Tuesdays.)
